My board has Redx fins. I’ve had one of the rubber covers that go on the top of the board come off. They look like they were applied with some kind of silicone caulking/glue. Does anybody have any advice on what to use to reapply them?
Thanks

Clean the area thoroughly with denatured alcohol and apply with contact cement. Or, PM me your address and I’ll send you a few. But, still make sure the area is super clean when applying them. I’ve had them stay on boards for more than 2 years and I’ve had them repeatedly fall off. It reall comes down to surface prep.
Thanks for the info. I’m assuming any old contact cement will do? I think I have some at home. I’ll give it a try this weekend.
…I re-apply them with double sticky sided 3m tape or double sticky sided 3m (thin)foam/rubber tape.
…I never had one of them come off on it’s own.The only time I have had to re=applied them is when I have removed them.
…again as Tom said,it’s in the prep…like anything else.Herb
