Resin Swirls

I have been reading up on the resin swirl glass jobs add had a few questions that I was hoping that you might be able to answer for me. I am hoping to get a swirl job that looks like the ones cooperfish is doing. Now I believe it goes like this: Lay down glass, mix your different resins and set to slow cures. Splash them on the glass in the swirl formation that you wish to acheive, is that next? Say I want the board to be predomintaly dark blue with lighter swirls in that. will the lighter colors come out if I then do a flood coat of dark blue at a higher cure after I apply the swirls. I think that it is how it is done. That is what I got from different posts on the board. Any help would be super. Thanks sean
