when applying a resin tint…is it done with the lam. layer, and a clear hot coat? or both layers with tint?

when applying a resin tint…is it done with the lam. layer, and a clear > hot coat? or both layers with tint? resin tints and opaques are both normally applied in the lamination process and its a good(great) idea to always have a little extra mixed up (out of the same mix -catylst)and set aside for either touchups-nose,tail,etc. or for a cheater coat in case of air or bad coloration—and then do a clear hot cot as normal-if you put color in the hot coat you’ll get off-colored spots every where your sandpaper hits it-which is what a hot coat is -a sanding coat have fun and have penty of acetone for clean up
