Retro Egg Blank

Which Clark blank would be best to attempt shaping a 7’2"- 7’4" retro egg from? Rider is 5’8"- 155 lbs., to be used in gutless beach break conditions. Thanks for a great forum with some really useful input. tom http://www.thirdcoastsurf.com

7_4R up to a 7-2. 7-11R for longer. 7-10R if you want more meat. 7-3 by Phil Becker is good for thick boards. aloha

It is a fairly shitty blank, lots of bumps and tweeks, but suited for the older eggs. The 7’4"R, 7’11"R, 8’4"R are modern blanks with LOTS of nose rocker and designed for a more modern approach to surfing.
