All RHINO blanks are finished top and bottom to specific rocker profiles on a plascunas shaping machine giving the shaper true surfaces for ease of shaping.

Only RHINO BALSA blanks are assembled without scarfing using our innovative process of bending and chambering the wood yielding a finished board with a clean deck. Chambers are filled with EPS foam to prevent “cave-in” and “blow-up” from heat or pressure.

7’ - 8’6" Blanks are under 6 lb. per cubic foot and are unchambered (unstringered weight).

9’ - 12’ Blanks are under 5 lb. per cubic and are unchambered (unstringered weight).
