Rode a hull today

Lee , thats cool that worked out !Im happy you like it.RIDE the GLIDE!!!

Lee - Thanks for letting me check out your freshie Liddle. That thing is rad! I think that if it was six inches longer I never woulda let you have it back. Wiggle!

Yeah man… can’t complain on a morning like todays… I went up to Seaside Reef for the evening seesion, and there were like 20 pretty freaking ripping youngsters out there with me… whole different story, but still - a few “funinns” were had…

It is interesting for me to see such an outline with a hull bottom. I am a recent hull-convert, but have been riding hull bottom stubbies/eggs that are a lot wider overall, with rounded tails and noses. That Wilderness board is a curious one – '70s outline with an older-school bottom. Thanks for the photos Chip.

… you’re welcome, Kit !

George (and Rob Conneeley, also) dated it at 1969…the sticker on the hull reads "waverley [council] surfcraft permit #272 " [the year on the permit : 1972-1973]

[ George was and always is, a forward thinker, I guess …he made a 6’ balsa standup board in high school in 1965, after all…]
