That’s right… Group Sites 2 & 3 have been reserved at Plaskett Creek in Big Sur for S.A. 2004 on the following dates: September 17 - 20th. I’m hoping to hear from some volunteers to help out again. We’ll need someone to help with t-shirt printing. Maybe someone from each of the following areas: Southern, Central and Northern Cal, Oregon, Washington, Canada and ??? to scour the countryside begging and pleading for generous contributions for our raffle? If you plan to attend, keep in mind that we will be limited to 20 vehicles/80 people. A nominal fee of 25.00 per person will cover camp fees and t-shirt. Some people found some very nice individual sites in the main campground last year but those can’t be reserved. They’re available on “first come first served” basis only. Please contact me with any questions and/or ideas at .
We’d love to do it again. I’ve gotta check my race calendar though.

…The biggest deception the Devil himself created was that he didn’t exsist at all. …If at any time in your life death faces you and smiles, don’t show fear…smile back. …or… Horror has a face…you must make friends with horror and mortal terror…if not, then they are truly enemies to fear…If you find yourself in a combat situation,be it Vietnam,South America, the middle east or southcentral L.A.,you must make friends with the horror going on around and in front of you…if not, you’ll die scared and alone…just the way the reeper wants you to die. No worries Mr. Clean…when they see me coming, they’ll runaway scared and hide. Herb
ahh Gary- you are too kind! Thanks!!!
how far is this place from an airport, maybe I’ll fly in with my new found tax return money.
San Jose or San Luis Obispo both have airports and are about the same distance from campground. Plaskett Creek is on Hwy 1 between Monterey and San Luis Obispo. You’d be looking at a couple hours of driving from either end.
I could prob pick someone up @ the S.L.O. airport. Only problem is you’d have to fit in between the dog and the wife. The dog’s mean and the wife surfs. Shotgun!
I’d head down to Plaskett’s just to get some more of Gary’s suds. Another Gary
Myself and the TovpdbqvoT fleet will arrive on time this year.
