what do you guys think of this salomon s-core thing ?>>> http://www.twsurf.com/article/surfbiz.cfm?alias_id=11314>>> curious if any of you guys have any first hand info.>>> brian I am always interested in new technology.After reading the article in Trans World Surf I learned absolutely nothing.All in all it was a good press release using a lot of well respected names in the promotion of a product that is still undeveloped.In my opinion it was a nice “advertisement” but is this a blank?Can it be shaped?Obviously this is a big corporation and I currently look at the whole thing with a skeptical eye.At this point it sounds like something that belongs offshore in the "popout"factories…I hope I am wrong.
I don’t know if this is a similar concept - it’s been tossed around here before. By either company, it sounds like a promising idea… flex that can be dialed in and expected to hold up under wear and tear of surfing.
