I am lucky enough to have a great group of friends who I consider my second family and I would do anything for them if they needed. Lucky enough tonight I was surprised by a good friend Tom Mahady who came in with a package wrapped up. I thought man who is that for. Luckily enough it was for me. It was a Rockwell versa plane 10 amp planer. I had been trying to find one recently and it got bought before I could get it. And I asked Tom about his and to check his out and he was their while I was not able toget the planer. So I guess he got the Christmas spirit and blessed me with my first personal planer. Thanks Tom and thanks to my second family for always being the joy of my day !!! Just thought I would share my story of stoke. As my Xmas miracle haha.

Thanks a2rall and Merry Christmas. I’ve have one too that a fellow Sway friend sold to me. It hasn’t been modified other that me loosening the depth adjustment. I use it all the time now. My Hitachi’s feel like a toy tool after using the Rockwell. Other than the obvious modifications I can see what else did Tom do to mofidfy it? I’m wondering about the depth adjustment. Mike
Merry Christmas to you to. I need to talk to him about it more but I think he loosened the adjustment nob. I’ll have to take it apart and see how what else he did.
