Searching for kevlar strips of fabric in China

For an inflatable PVC model I’m making via internet in China, I’m searching for kevlar strips (or another fabric/textile which doesn’t stretch in length direction) to make the PVC fabric model more solid.

First a technical question: if I glue and sew the kevlar (maybe 0,5 - 1 inch wide) to a wider piece of PVC like they use for Zodiac rubberboats, and secondly I put the glued strips on another piece of PVC e.g. the rubberboat) will the kevlar & the PVC stay together in the long run?

Does anybody know where I can buy kevlar fabric strips in China preferably, I know they use it for (repairing and making of course) windsurfsails. I need strips of at least 3,50 meter

I’m sure they make and sell it in China, but where? That’s the question.
