I just finished shaping my first board, a 6’6" ropund pin. Still have to deal with the glassing (epoxy) and the setting of the fins. At any rate I have been reading many of tips and answers to the questions asked by more advance shapers and they have been of great help. I took my finished product to a local shaper for his revision and approval. He called my fisrt board a blank with rounded edges. He sent me back home with much instruction on how to correct the problems. I am very happy with the outcome and plan to do many more in the near future. Thanks to all for all the great advice.
