Shaping & Glassing Racks

I have been shaping on home made 2x4 racks for a few years now (mainly short boards). I have begun to shape longer boards (8’ range) My problem is simply this: The longer the board, the more it rocks when I reach either end of the blank (due to the fact my racks were built with only short boards in mind), because they do not adjust for the various lenghts. My question is this: Is there a company (website) which builds the steel adjustable racks (shaping & glassing)? I would like racks that adjust for heigth and length. Thanks for any info you can provide.

You can level them as fine as you want, its kinda hard to look at vee if your racks arent level. loosen one set screw slide out the shaping rack and slide in the painting/glassing rack and then swap back for sanding. this and some good lighting is how i did my first 50 boards.ballpark of $250 plus shipping from n/e fla.or $15 for the blueprint or if interested i’ll send ya a pic and you can go from there.good luck
