Shaping The Northwest #2

See you there…!!!..

Hipsters in tight pants.  More art show than than shaping.  A couple of carpenters, backyarders with foam stained sand thrus and noseless shortboards.  Two good shapers;  Murdy and Anderson.  Lot’s of funky paintings on broken masonite.  A real shaper would be  outta place in this setting.

Not to be compared with a big corporate sponsored trade show, I’m guessing, sounds like a small, low-key event, one night only, a week night at that - beer and music, like to see pics of the boards and art if anyone has some!  Congrats to Paul Jensen on being one of the featured shapers.

You both got it right…I thought it was fun, the folks were friendly and without a lot of pretentiousness…The food was zesty, the beer was generous, the music was cool and funky…I had a good time…

Lots of tight pants and handlebar mustaches?

…and that’s just the women…
