Sharing the pain....

I brought this on myself, by asking a friend who lives in Cabo for a little taste of what the surf looked like this morning. His office window overlooks the beach at Palmilla where he works. Hombre! what a sight to see when those points light up. Tom. May 18 a.m. A southern hemi swell began 7 days ago, peaking on Monday. Still overhead Tue. And Wed., but today it has definitely changed. Another surge today has put it into the 8 ft plus range. I was just down at the jobsite, and the ocean was glassy and full of marching lines. May is definitely a premier month; the Antarctic must be having a stormy season. I heard that Punta Perfecta had some 15 ft faces. The water is still a cool 77, and the highs are in the mid 80’s. Great nighttime camping temperatures with no humidity. It would be a great time to be a rambling surfer dude with no responsiblities, as the entire coast looks like on huge right hand point.
