Shed some light on this old Blue Cheer

You all were so helpful on my fin query I wanted to see if someone could help a little on this guy…It will be my first real fix.  Got it dirt cheap a few years back and have ridden some (this summer we had a couple of real good clean hollow ground swells)- fast.  I’m guessing it’s early-mid 70’s, fin is one I had around and the box is standard - looks original.  I know the history of Blue Cheer (read it on the forum and the web) but  have rarely seen this version of the logo.  Can somebody help (and no I am not under the impression that this is a rare diamond in the rough or some lost treasure…just a cool board.  Thanks!

The photos are incredibly tiny.

I don’t think it can be any newer than early 70s. I do not believe Blue Cheer lasted that long. A half-assed guess would be 1970, give or take a year.

Looks like a typical mini gun outline from around 1969-70.

Go look at this page. Chances are, that board was shaped by one of the guys listed for the year 1970.
