I think Tru Ames has a Liddle flex with a wide base (not the standard Liddle) that would fit the bill perfectly. A G-4 or Frye would probably work well too (all through Tru Ames). Like Lee says, try different sizes and don’t forget you will have to move them around in the box to dial them in.
Since your surfing hollow waves the true ames 7" Yater Classic would be a fin you could trust or the 7.5" I don’t now how stiff of a fin it is, I have a 7" carbon yater that looks like the classic and it makes for a smoth ride. Put on the fins you have and take it out in mush for practice, and tell how it goes.
I’ve probably owned over 15 single fin surfboards in the 6’4" to 6’8" range, usually around 19" wide and usually tails in the 12" range.
Backfooted surfer, I almost always used a 9" longboard fin, sometimes 10.5.
When I go 8", it works only in slower waves where I can really set the rail to turn, something that is hard to do surfing waves that require airdrops and high lining to make the sections.
7", and I have one on each rail on my regular twin fins…
so are we talkig a Hobie Classic or California Classic style of fin?
I’ve had a look at the True Ames fins and there are dozens but with many being geared towards noseriding…
the Fluid foils also look good, less choice but in my case I think that’s a good thing as I don’t have sufficient knowledge of longboard fins to make a definitive choice!

I confirm! great handmade fibreglass fins, excellent foil and GREAT fabric inlays.
