Skil 96 Planer?

Could this be an earlier version of the 100? Something I saw on craigslist with out a Photo.

there was a skil 676 that predated the 100… I have one from around 1956… there was also the 190…never heard of a skil 96 though.

I deleted the post. Not sure about the 96

Mike Daniel apparently used one 30 years ago.  I dug this out of the archives via a Google search...

Thanks I might just pull the trigger one this one. It's pretty inexpensive but a long drive to get to the seller.

Somewhere on here I posted a pic of my modified 96 (did a simple on-the-fly adjustment mod). If you already have a Clark Hitachi I wouldn't bother buying this small Skil.
