small surf community

I love surfing in a small surf community. Until you lose not one,but two of your own. And they’re just too fucking young to make that journey. I’ll miss you guys out in the water. It won’t quite be the same. Mike

Its a cliche, Mike, but driving Highway 1 has always been more dangerous than surfing along it. I feel you, brother.

sorry about the news mike.

those guy were definite up and comers if I recall their names from other articles about the area.

when you’re young you always seem to think you’re invincible until something like this happens to show you otherwise.

We just had a similar tragedy here at Kalaeloa(Barbers Point) this week as well except it was a ditch and not a cliff but the families and friends are suffering much the same.

I hope you all get some waves to wash the pain away.

I know I’ll be doing my best to free my mind of death in the double overhead conditions expected here Monday.
