I seriously considered beaking the nose…
Instead, I went with my gut and added some flip in the last 6-10 inches and then blended the deck curve into a nice fine nose… I was hoping to go with a fuller nose but, had some hand-plane issues on the deckside nose and had to thin it out to blend it… Overall, it came out pleasing to my eye…
Tail rocker is 1 9/16 and nose rocker started at 3 9/16 but ended up at 4" for a 6 foot board…
The more I look at the catalog, I like the looks of the 68RP with either 1/2" or 3/4" of rocker taken out of the nose…
Pretty sure that will be my next blank…
I will take a look at those Millenium blanks McDing.
I wonder if The Craft carries them…
