Some boards have a lean forward for speed lean back to turn feel to them, while others seem to make their speed and turn from the same spot. Speaking only in terms of rocker (to start with anyway), does a “continuous curves” type of rocker put the speed and turning in the same spot more than a “staged curves” type of rocker?
Hi I’m sure rocker has something to say about turning and speeding from one spot on the board, but overall, a smaller board does that better than a bigger board. What size board are you considering?
Sorry, I forgot to say that I’m talking about shortboards in the six to seven foot range.
