Stanley Pleskunas -- New Foam (from new TSJ)

In the article on inventor Stanley Pleskunas in the new Surfer’s Journal, he talks about a new foam being developed that would allow one to ride a board, then go home and make adjustments to it. Supposedly the foam is hard enough to ride without glass and resin, and is closed-cell so it won’t take on water. One could take it out for a session, then come home and make the rails a little harder and the tail a little narrower. All for about $100. Anyone know anything about this?

We are still working on it. There is a post somewhere down the line that outlines it a bit more in detail.
