headed to oahu north shore on tuesday for a week of surfing…its been a while since i have enjoyed those fabled shores…cant wait for some epic rides and serious beatings…

no lack of surf on north side…south shore waves on the 1st of March
Surfed alone this morning on south shore way out reef…waist to chest with nice lite offshore winds…fun low tide shallow zippers!!

quiver is nothing too interesting - just some older step-up pintails and a little swallowtail for smaller waves (if i can find any)
my old lady is coming too and she has a 8’0 minilog for cruising insiders at puena
this 7’0 is one i made when i was living there - my cousin luckily still has it!
this 6’6 is all brown and beat up now but here is a pic when it was new. it has served me well in mainland mexico and some hurricane swells. this one has actually survived a previous week on the north shore when a buddy borrowed it…
this 6’2 has been used more by my friends than me - i rode it in some good blacks waves. it has some uluwatu and nicaragua barrels under its belt as well…
and a 5’10 groveler for shadowed spots
looks like plenty of swell and all kinds of winds in the next week so hoping to score a variety of waves - see you in the water!!!

Been catching some epic waves and some ferocious poundings loving it!!! have surfed all the boards on all sides of the island. Got the 7’0 from my cousin and had some nice drops on it today! Watched some guys charge waimea this evening crazy!!! A couple more days left going to keep surfing as much as possible!!! thanks for all the aloha!!
