So - Made my hot wire last year, and, not wanting to make hard guides, as I’ve not planned on making the same board twice, I used bull nose corner bead for arches. I think I wrote about this before - put foil tape for heat, only to realize it blew the fuse, so I put paper tape over that, and it worked fine. But, it took more time than I felt like spending again to set it all up.
So, I had an idea - Making my stingers out of 3/4" clear cedar, I thought I’d split it and use it as my guide. Yesterday I got around to splitting it, went home, drilled 6 holes in 'em, set it up… and cut it like butter!
Tonight - glue it up, tomorrow start to “mow” w/power… Ha!
