So i was fortunate enough to come across a few walkers that were halved but are not glued up. I’m wondering what to do with these. First i’m thinking of doing a stringerless, but also experimenting with stringer material for the others. Really, i don’t know what to do and it’ll be a while before i can get started on this little venture. Just throwing it out there for ideas if you gots em.

swap halves from 2 different blanks and make two asymmetrical boards (but mirror image). Shape them the same & see which one you like better.

if narrow blanks, add 4 inch wide center stringer with cup holder?
make T band stringer out of popsicle sticks and flattened toilet paper rolls
make colored stringer line out of dried flower petals, give board to wife or girlfriend (or random female hitchhiker).
Order a bamboo stringer from greenlight and glue them up.

FYI Greenlight no longer does custom stringers. =(
