Another strange board this week.
The idea was to shape a Fish that is not a fish with a quad set up and a large round tail…
Here is what it’s like.
The board is supposed to replace an thruster egg 6’5" and is a 6’0"x21"x2"3/4 board.
The outline is strange but i can really guess it’s a cool machine.

reminds me of the early wilderness boards designed by greenough…very cool…
Yeah, not a strange outline at all! Paul Steele in Honolulu in late 60’s tutored by McTavish was making small wave boards w/ very similar outline, hullish singles.
I’m into this, really good lateral thinking, and beautifully made as usual. I made a little thruster last year that was like a fish but with a round tail?! Who cares what you call it. Will you be adding one of these to your personal quiver?

yep, i like it too. looks like a board that will cover a lot of distance in the right surf.
