thanks stubbers! - I ground my sidebites down to 2 1/2 X 2 1/2 and took it out today in some shoulder high stuff, and yep, that was the perfect solution. It was fast and much less drag. It felt smooth on rail to rail transitions too.
Looking at the big picture, it really is that single fin feeling that I want in this board. It’s funny how long I’ve had this board, so many different waves, and different fin combos, and I’m still just gettin’ it dailed!
