Just curious. Will UVC 2000 harden vinylester resin?

I’ve never used vinylester resin, but the info looks good. It’s strength is supposed to be similar to epoxy, but costs only +/- 20% more than polyester, or half the cost of good epoxy. Anthony’s boardbuilding site has a good list of suppliers, but you have to spend some time researching the site. Choose the “Materials” page: http://www.viser.net/~anthwind/Board_Selection/board_selection.html Fiberglass Supply sells vinylester at: http://www.fiberglasssupply.com/Product_Catalog/Polyester_Resins/polyester_resins.html The page has a link to their vinylester data sheet. The data sheet says the product contains wax, and that it doesn’t have to be sanded between glass layers if you keep layering. But it doesn’t say whether wax is required for a sanding coat, or whether unwaxed vinylester is even sandable. How do you work it? The sheet says to use MEKP, like with polyester, to harden vinylester. You can use UVC 200 with polyester. Can you use UVC 2000 eith vinylester?
