What a swell that was. Looks good for another big east swell mid next week. Did you get amongst it Huie ?

Noosa started working on the Tuesday.

Wednesday was 3 -5 feet at National Park and Ti-tree was bigger and breaking wide.

The swell peaked Friday afternoon with 6 foot sets at National Park, surfers were getting

3/4 of a kilometre rides from Boiling Pot to the shore at Johnsons.

Biggest swell for Noosa all year.

Very rare for Noosa to get a swell in late August.

Saturday the swell decreased but the crowd increased.

Impossible to get in rhythm with the wave when you are dodging 150 other surfers.

Saturday afternoon Superbank was a solid 8 feet, 30 surfers out all duckdiving the whitewater trying to get out the

back, one wave ridden in the 10 minutes I was watching.
