INCREDIBLE … another breakthrough in surfboard design ! This will shurely eclipse all the advancements in surf board Decorative graphicks of the 20 th century… thank you for the oppertunity to see your stuff I will recomend this srvice to all my decor customers…Mr.ambrose … interior design ,hair stylist, and nail salon…opening soon in a mall near you

…I like the nosecone pin-up myself.Herb

Hey that idea may be cool if you could print a full lam. that looked like a multi stringer balsa board.Hell…make it Brazillian Rosewood since weight is not a factor. rb

Yes, some nice colours…!

I’ve ‘coloured’ a few boards with this process, and I’m not sure that there is no extra weight, although for small designs it’s really cool. The colour panel is hard to wet out, and I spend extra time fitting them separately to the glass layup (at the moment…). But with more practice I think I can get it lighter…

We offer them as posters (for surfbars, at home or hotels):

-or on fleese to laminate in (with epoxid):

There were some folks in Florida that were printing florals on rice paper but they cost more than real cloth.Easier to use though.I wonder if you could scan a wood veneer panel and print it on rice paper? They print it on contact paper so why not rice paper?I think a board glassed with an opaque bottom would look unreal if you could make a deck inlay that looked like real wood.Just a thought. rb

Flowers, Wood, Photos, Pinlines etc. can all be included in the colour range. At the moment I am working on laying up ‘wooden’ fin panels…

marlee i sent you a private message. please check it and give an answer. Jack

marlee … nice …unfortunatly what your offering is far ahead of what 99.9 % of the surfboard industry can easily use right now …

so hopefully this will be another reason to intergrate new tech methods …

question , what material are you printing onto ,how porous is it and what weight is it ???

regards

BERT

Agreed Bert… Hi Marlee, I saw this on your price list…
“Print on thin PVC transparency foil is also possible.”
Could you also print on thicker PVC sheet foam, say about 1/4" thick? Just curious…
all the best,
Brennnan

We print the grafics out on a fleece, witch you will be able to laminate (with epoxid) in our boards.

The material we print on is a textillike material, it`s water-, and UV restistant.

You also can send us a outline of your boardshapes you use

and we put your collected grafic in.

-to create personalised Designs, prices are connected to additional costs…
