I have a 9’0" long board. It has two small fins on the outside and a big fin in the middle. Is there anything I can change to make it turn easier? I was considering going to a 7’6" big guy fish to get more movement…

If possible, post a photo of the setup. Then a number of people in the forum will probably respond.
If you want to turn sharper and quicker, dump the fish tail. You don’t need TWO pintails digging into the water to hold your turns back.
Use a rounded squash tail, and any fin config, including two side fins.
