he stood for hours, his only comfort being those dhjarm blacks. he never left our side but he couldn’t split in two. one morning i talked him into going south. another group went north. we hit fog, they scored big clean empty sunny blue walls… right dudley?
i’ll try to post every 24 hrs till we run out–fodder for the next dale. i hope the real dale is looking over our shoulder.
and we’ve got the video to prove it. i just wish i had been quick enough to get the giant elephant seal on film playing around just inside the main lineup…ringing the early morning breakfast bell. sometimes it’s good to be on the cliffside when you’re part of the group that went “north” on this section of California coast. My excuse was that Skywalker and I surfed a fun right for a few hours in the middle of the night, so i was “tired” and shot moving pictures instead of getting wet.
Glad to see you put that night session to good use. I pulled the “night surfing made me tired” card as an excuse for eating Joel’s pre-made baked potato the next morning. Ahh… the memories… hehe
I’ll never forget walking into the kitchen at 6am to Luke getting into a loaded baked potato, and run having a light breakfast of green tea and buffalo wings. Classicly Delicious
HAHA… I had almost forgotten about that poor pink-boarded girl. Thanks for the reminder. Look forward to seeing the next 4 sets of sequence shots. Remember kids: the addiction to flex can be harmful to everyone around you.
