.......the tackle didn't warrent a send-off IMO......however , good luck to France and hope they lift for the final against whoever........
In France we have a bad team but with some good players, they play badly but they are lucky so we hope they will win again LOL. It’s the same for football.
when our teams play we always think they will loose.
Sorry for my frenglish
Vive Le All Blacks, France is a beautiful country and plays great rugby. Condolences to Australia. Many rugby players in NZ and Australia surf, including our top team members. Looking forward to NZ Vs France in the final of the Rugby World Cup 2011. Tonights game against Aus was so good I am watching the replay, lol.
NZ All Blacks 20 Australia Wallabies 6.
Go All Blacks!!! Bring on the French. You have beautiful women, fine food, and wine. Us - not so much. So you better bring your A+ game.
No doubts you play rugby better than us ! But i hope we will win. In fact i hope we will not be too ridiculous LOL.
Sorry for my frenglish
....an Allblack win from start to finish....one more game....a nervous week ahead....France have nothing to lose......
Well done All Blacks … grumble… begrudge … murmer…murmer

I know that rugby can be a religion for many, but seriously: three pages about that on a surfboard building forum? You guys are just killing me...
[/quote] Does that mean you don't care if France beats the Allblacks ?????.......it IS the game they play in heaven you know , Balsa....
I know that rugby can be a religion for many, but seriously: three pages about that on a surfboard building forum? You guys are just killing me… What if someone launched a thread about curling, for instance? Or badminton?
I’m fed up with rugby and football (well, soccer, as you call it over there…) Nothing else on TV.
Actually, MY WIFE is a rugby fan. She will wake up in the middle of the night to watch the world cup… One sunday, a few years ago, I came back home unexpected (I was supposed to come home late but it turned out to be early. Upon going through the front door, I heard my wife shouting upstairs: “Yes! YEEEEEEES! OH NO-NO-NOOOOOOOO!!! YEEEEEEESSSSSS!!! AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN…!!!”
For a few seconds, I got confused. Then I realized: Rugby match on TV, that’s all…
For those of you like me that don't know much about rugby, you might want to take a look at this. Actually, even if you could care less about rugby, you should take a look at this:
ERIN GO BRAGH!
Balsa
I tried to give this thread some surfing relevance when the Wallabies were winning to protect it from the mod’s.
Then I pleaded for it to be shut down by the mod’s when we got punted.
Finally a mod turns up and guess what … his Rugby loving wife won’t let him I suspect .
Bloody Kiwi / Froggy conspiracy if you ask me !!!
Anyway may the best team win.
Cheers

What a game of rugby :
As at Mt Everest in 1953, and in 1987 at Eden Park, New Zealand is back on top of the world, with the All Blacks beating France in the Rugby World Cup final in Auckland tonight.
After a nail-biting 80 minute game in which the French challenged the All Blacks at every opportunity, New Zealand's 8-7 victory was hard fought.
"Marvellous," All Blacks coach Graham Henry said shortly after the win.
"The people have been outstanding in support of this team, in support of this Rugby World Cup. I'm so proud to be a New Zealander standing here."
After a year of tragedy; lives lost in Christchurch's devastating earthquakes and in the mine at Pike River, the All Blacks have given New Zealanders cause to celebrate.
Congrats to the Alls...and also to France...thats a very tight scoreline.......looking forward to watching the replay.
