Richard, I’ve watched your progress, over the years, and have been greatly impressed with your workmanship and designs. Very clean and artistic. I’m not sure there is much I could teach you, now. You seem to have a good handle on things. Talking story? Now that’s another matter! 
Hey yorky, I can see the expense coming as I’ve been checking out rental properties down south sydney and stanwell…he’ll it’s going to be hard for a while…but I’m sure the more appealing weather’s going to make up for that…along with the waves…and the fishing.
