Well guys, it can be done! I did it! But I don’t believe Roy can do it, or EVER did it!!! I’ll be showing the evidence to Keith Melville, for verification!!! I’m so excited, 41 mph, the holy grail of surfing. I guess I’m now the Fastest Surfer on the Planet. Prove me wrong.
Good show Bill, congratulations, the bar is raised yet again !
Now tell me, how does it feel to be the fastest ?
Cheers,
Roy
PS Please explain how the American flag came to be flapping in the breeze while on the moon ?
Thanks in advance
.
came back from orlando today…average speed, 89 mph
I WIN!!!
The American Flag flapped in the breeze on the moon, because Roy was huffing and puffing about going fast, in New Zealand.
IT WAS A MIGHTY WIND!!
ps: I was always the fastest. So it feels normal.
Bill,
Don’t forget to add the rotation of the earth, the orbit of the earth around the sun, the motion of the solar system around the galactic core, and the motion of the galaxy in rotation around the center of mass of the galactic cluster we belong to, and the motion of the galactic cluster away from other clusters.
You may have been going close to the speed of light! Take a flashlight with you next time out and see if you can watch the light beam crawl ahead of you next time, or if it can get out in front of you at all! I know special relativity doesn’t really allow for that, but while we are talking about fictional speeds, I guess we can bend the laws of the universe (as we currently misunderstand them) a little.
So, do you have a data log, graphs, charts, algorithms, and such to back up such a claim in speed? Because I’m pretty sure I’ve wasted too much of the brief time I have here on this planet trying to make myself believe that Roy (and now you, apparently) are really that fast. I really don’t care anymore, I’ve come to realize that it’s just fun to watch and laugh at a new bunch of ‘infidels’ take on Roy whenever a new thread starts up questioning his claims…
Sways is great fun…
JSS
What kind of GPS unit did you use Bill?
By the way, why did that flag really flap on the ‘Moon’ ?
.
Roy, please re-read my flag post above, I have edited it to read properly. Thanks for the heads-up.
But seriously Bill, I am most interested in the precise details of the session in which you went 41 mph and what kind of GPS unit you used
Please describe the event in detail
Regards
Roy
John,
Your post made me laugh out loud, so hard that I farted. I truly ADMIRE incisive wit! Thank you for such a worthy contribution to the Swaylocks Forum.
Bill, you were perhaps making the big joke ?
If so hahaha
If not then details please
Thanks
Roy
Congratulations on the Big 41!
the lessening of the magnetic north i.e. the coming switching of the poles, global warming and the increase of soap and suds in the water
can make this a possibility for everyone!
I knew that!
Bill…???
Is there a chance this is…
NOT A SERIOUS THREAD ?
I understand your interest in challenging the Sultana Of Speed, (sorry Sultan! )
But we shouldnt encourage doomed threads unless YOU have a point…

No it’s true. What Bill didn’t know was that i was up on the cliff with 2 radar guns 1) a shiny new Semmins 2400 Radar Gun, The other 2) a Juggs 3405… late model, kind of heavy, thats why I bought the new Semmins one…but I digress, the actual speed of Bill is 45 mpg on the Juggs, and 43.2 on the Semmins.
So it’s verified, I saw it. Bill’s the fasteest surfer in the free World…Look out for the Chineese
Resinhead
the actual speed of Bill is 45 mpg on the Juggs, and 43.2 on the Semmins.
Holy Smokes Batman!
Bill was not only speeding, he was drinking at the time as well!!!
How fast is 45 Miles Per Gallon in Metric??
Did you use a beer frame or wine cooler to measure?
There you have it.
Proof positive .
End of story, finally.
Bills the new speed King and whatshisname is a feather duster.
Long live the King and Herb.
Can we get back to design now ?
IN RESPONSE TO:
‘‘Can we get back to design now?’’
I HOPE SO!
