Time frame question

Hey guys,

Noob here. I am in college right now and our semester is quickly coming to a close. I have been shaping a board on and off for about a semester and a half now (I have to fit it in and around work/school as well as available shaping bay times). So I am to the point that I am going to be glassing.

My question is this, How long does it usually take to finish the glassing process, start to finish? Normally i wouldn’t care to ask, however since Im going to be spending money on parts as well as space I am trying to get an idea of how much money Im going to need to save up.

Any insight would be great and much appreciated.

Hey,

I have pretty much no free time for glassing, but I can get an epoxy glass job out in 10 ten days if needed just using small bits of time here and there. With curing each step overnight but also having a 24hr accessible studio to work in. But based on the length of time you’ve been spending shaping one board and it being your first time glassing, you might need longer. Good luck. Rick.
