Just out of curiosity what are some of the times people spend on completing a board start to finish? (ex. 9’ single fin, double 6 top, single 6 bottom, fin box, art/logo) Shaping - 2:30 hrs cutting out to sanded finish + routered in fin box Art/logo - 1:30 hrs Layup - 1 hr (both sides not including time between kicking) Hot coat - :30 min (both sides not including time between kicking) Sanding - 1:30 Gloss coat - :30 min (both sides not including time between kicking) Sanding/polishing - :45 -not included: ordering materials, design, SWAYLOCKS!, friends interrupting.
