…important question … how does it go ?

“My name is MOSH. Josh MOSH…”

Just kidding, the title of your thread was just too tempting…

Nice round-tail, nice outline, nice work in fact…

how’s the above, then ?

Here’s the bottom (the board’s, not mine!).

I made the board for a friend of mine. I haven’t talked to him yet but I hope to hear some feedback in the next few days on the performance.

The artwork was done by request (some will recognize the artwork immediately). It’s an airbrush fade background and the drawing was done freehand with acrylic paint markers.

It has a futures tri-fin setup, which you can’t see too well b/c of the artwork.

Tail and nose are (if I remember correctly): 11.5" and 14 or 14.5", respectively. Natural rockers with a little bit of adjustment on the entry. I’ll try to get some shaping stand views so you guys can see the foil and flow.

thanks a lot Josh …that’s helpful.

good stuff …

you’ve got skill as an artist, too !

Yes , a rocker shot would be good…as well as showing the foil and rocker , the fins may be clearer , too [depending on the choice of background of course]

ben

thanks dudes.

the feedback is always appreciated!

Howzit josh, O.K. how does a picture of Jimi Hendrix tie in with 007 or does it mean your 7th board. Just wondering since I was involved with making a board for the latest ex James Bond. The funny thing was he didn’t want any thing relating to 007 on the board.instead he wanted an Irish theme board. Aloha,Kokua

007 is the number of the board. The 7th board I’ve made. The artwork was by request.

I see quite a few Irish themed boards where I come from. They don’t call Spring Lake the Irish Riviera for nothing!

lately i don’t know about you but it seems that Sl is becoming more italian coughjohncough. still a lot them around, not to unusual to see a shamrock board.

Yeah, there has always been an Italian contingent in town, but more recently.

yea my family has owned our house In Sl since the 50’s and we are best friends with one of the founding families of SL so i always here about what it used to be like, my friends dad in Highschool rode his motor cycle on the board walk from pier beach to pittney.
