i’m not sure what sorta “stories” you’re looking for, but there was one barrel in particular that really stands out in my mind…
it was at Reef Road (Palm Beach, FL). a couple feet overhead and reelin’ down the beach. it was one of those waves where you’re so deep in the tube that you accept that there’s no way you’re ever going to make it out, say your own last rights, and prepare to get annihilated. then…somehow…someway…she spit me out. best tube i’ve ever had.
