but their lack of presence

on the new format concerns me a little

like they might be on a holliday or sumpthin

I dont Know roger’s schedule to coordinate the hand off

hopefully this thread start will provide a platform

to restart the dialogue on the next chapter

The Magic Travel Board is in the stoked hands of Lennox76. Pictures and videos taken. As I arrived in Lennox to hook up with my mate Pete and borrow my ex…10-0 back…met Pete at the boat launch and as Pete pulls up Lennox(Steve) calls and 10 minutes later we are doing the deal. Plans for surf soon…got back up to the Pass and joined the fun!

Update to follow…the Aloha of Ambrose is in 5th gear!

I’ll be in Byron for a couple of weeks from saturday. I haven’t done much standup surfing since about June 2008. Among the boards I’ll have with me are two as yet unsurfed alaia, which will have their final coats of oil applied tomorrow.

Hi Ambrose, couldn’t figure out how to post…too much time wrangling with this computer.

Yessah, I have the girl in hand, thanks to Roger, and I’m mighty stoked to say I parlayed a very busy afternoon into a late arvo go-out in choppy but fun 3-4 foot Lennox Point. Fast as hell, bit tricky on the backhand (will definitely play with fin position) and overall very fun.

Got a few waves on video so I’ll try and figure out how to post 'em up somewhere.

Mahalo for your aloha, and I think the travel board is feeling fine here in the southern Hemi.

The planets are lined up and it looks like plenty of surf for the foresseable future.

Hey Bob,

Look forward to hookin up in Byron…I havent done much stand up surfin since 1994…but inside the Pass are some great little barrels that require prone positioning for best results.

Roger…been surfin Greenmount last 2 days…waiting for lower tide and some south wind!
