I’d say Desert Point too. Those sticks for the seaweed gardens in the foreground in the first part and the sun angle. Best at low tide. I camped out there two different seasons, once 87’ and then again in 91’. The trip in 91’ one day a boat showed up and it was Brad Gerlach during high tide then they took off, they should have hung till the tide dropped ;-). Think he had just won some contest in South Africa. I did not get it quite that big though or surf it quite that good myself. But it could go from nearly flat at high tide to over head and firing at low low tide. Thanks for posting that.

I hear ya I’ve been by that little corner a few times now by boat and have yet to catch it. Kept going to sumbawa. Next time for sure, I’ll do the no can lose plan. Park at ulu’s until you see 20 foot faces straight outta the south…Then jump on da boat.
