I just shaped my 5th board It came out great (no bbubbles in the glass this time). The board is a twinzer with speed channels. I was trying to mimmick the new hot (old?)shape from rusty. So now its hot coated and ready for fins but I can’t seem to find the canard fin for FCS. I tried emailing the company but did’t get a response. should I just make them my self. I was also wondering exactly how far the spacing should be out side the forefins? By the way I have gotten a fantastic amount of info from this site. I wish there were more places like this.
try the link below for the c-5 (canard type) fins. last catalog i got listed them at $15.50 a pair, including the plugs. there have been several posts that may be archived, in which herb spitzer talks about canard placement. http://www.surfsource.net

Thanx ramon, I found the info in the archive I was looking for. I did not see any thing about canard fins in the link. Is the catalog you are talking about the FCS catalog?
the fins don’t show up in their website, but they are in the SurfSource catalog. or at least they were about six months ago. i suggest you order a catalog, or call them about availability. http://www.routerbits.com/cgi-routerbits/loadpage.cgi?986579029_5339+profile.htm
