Unknown resin, Known hardener...

Dears, My friend gave me about 10-15 gallons of epoxy resin but too bad it does not come with hardener. Unfortunately, he does not know the brand of it but someone wrote in the container as “EPOXY BE-115”. Just a question can this resin works with other hardener? Regards, Crabie

Just a > question can this resin works with other hardener?>>> Regards,>>> Crabie yes it can, check http://www.systemthree.com http://www.uppc.de/index.htm and http://www.byk-chemie.com/ experiment with the resin befor using it on a board, i use litle glasfibre peaces. min temp. is around 18° celcius otherwhise the resin dont harden full.

The epoxy you have is propably with all the aditifs in it. I am stil in the experimental stage for mixing my epoxy. A friend of my does epoxyflooring and mix his own epoxy. geert
