Dam if you have to do all that you might as well put your label on the board.

My wife has some issues with foam dust so my thoughts were that a cut blank would be a better starting place. That still leaves the dust from sanding to deal with tho.
I’m on the gold coast in oz and there are no shortages of machines here to go to here either.
Do any you guys who have a really good design think its possible to sell just the design file?
Or are there too many issues around loss of IP and on selling.
