US Blanks 65A egg shape... twin+trailer vs. tri

My next board is a 6’ x 21" egg. I have a US Blanks 6’5"A. It’s going to have a pretty flat rocker so the bottom contours are going to be pretty mild.Maybe a little V in the tail.

It’s going to be for better beachbreak days up to head high. Not a groveler, not a step up. I need some advice on fin setup. Here are my options…

#1 standard tri … front fins 1"  off rail at 11" up.           rear at 2 5/8" .

#2 twin + trailer …front fins 1 1/4" off rail 10 1/2" up.    rear ?..

There will be no wings or breaks in the outline which you normally see on twin + trailer. I know tri fins are standard but I’m intererested in trying something new. Would the board ride as a twin + trailer OK with an egg outline or should I just go tri?

At this width and length, I go with quad with the rears a little further in from the rail. I find that I get way more drive than with a 2 + 1. Closer to 7’ and I go with 2 + 1 (1 + 2 is more like it).
