USE OF FIBERGLASS/RESIN IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS

Definately!

Here in my town Fiberglass Decks are the rage.  You drive around town on any given work day there are probably 2 or 3 of them being installed.

Check the city ordinances, if there’s nothing against it then you’ll be fine.  Most cities only cover noise and obvious safety issues like prohibiting the use of (firing) firearms on your property. Other then the ordinances theres nothing criminal that can be done.

In regard to eviction, talk to your landlord, give him a heads up. If you’re not damaging the property they’re not going to care. The eviction process is ninety days anyways so if worse come to worse you can always stay there for three months rent free until the sheriff forcibly removes you from the property. After that its trespassing and you get arrested.

If you want a restraining order against this guy then you have to establish history. That means you have to call the police when he harasses you.  Every time the police are dispatched to your house the time and reason is recorded. Ask for an incident number, no report is required. In particular, note any threats whether physical economical and how those threats affect your peace, tranquility, or cause mental anguish.

I just blow or sweep the dust out of the garage at night.  That’s what I do and no complaints.  Don’t worry about I’m sure this guy has nothing better to do.

CA is the litigious joke of the country. SF is the litigious joke of CA.

Yah, dcasey, and we could probably expand this to the USA is the litigious joke of the planet. Personal dueling was much more civilized… Mike
