UV catalyst

Hey Guys- where do you all buy UV catalyst? A quick search online yielded a supplier in Oz, but I can’t a state-side supplier. Any suggestions?

BTW I’m not interested in buying new PE resin (e.g. solarez). I’ve got a lot of resin already, and just want to try using a UV catalyst.

Howzit pierpontscott, The foamEZ price is a little high, Fiberglass Hi only adds $5.00 more for 5 gal of UV over the price of regular resin. Aloha,Kokua

Do you guys think this catalyst will work with most UV resins? How about using it- can I just put it in a pail of resin, stir, and glass? I’ve never used the stuff before.

Howzit adk, Adding the UV catalyst is what makes UV resin. Until you add the UV catalyst it’s just normal resin. Worked with different resins I used.Aloha,Kokua

Live on the central coast, but I have bought alot of stuff from both Foamez and Foam,fins,and,fiberglass during my travels to so cal. Foamez prices get better if you go in and pay cash (at least they used to), 10% discount I think. Foam, fins, and, fiberglass prices are great and he is really helpful, I have gone by there several times during what are listed as business hours and he is not there however, best to call first.
