vacuum again!

Ok....easy question ,I just bought a vacuum bag ,you know the bag you see on tv to put clothes in it ...I want to use the valve and make a big bag to use with a shop vac .But my question is.... does my epoxy ,over Clark foam need any oxygen to react and get hard ???,It usualy takes 6 hours to be ready.

No. Oxygen is not necessary.

A shop vac can catch fire if you run it for six hours with no airflow.

Plug the end of one while it is running.  Hear it speed up?  No air resistance to moderate the speed of the fan.  Redline for six hours?  Don’t try it in the house!

Put the bag in a hot-box (keep it less than 130 deg. though!) and it'll be cured in less than 2 hours!

The bags work GREAT!  I make my curved fins and CF ukuleles in them.

OOPS I did not know I had to let it runs,I tought that when there was no air I had only have to wait the time of the cure.It would have been so easy.
