First time post. I figured the Swaylocks community would be the best to ask about this. I commited the sin of damaging a virgin board and was hoping to find out what the deal is on repairing a vacuum wrapped board. I dropped a small piece of furniture on a 5’10" corevac quad and a small, almost unnoticeable bubble immediately appeared. A small crack is visible on the deck, but the outer coat is intact. The bubble is about 3 inches in diameter and is only noticeable if you run your hand over it. I would say it’s raised no more than a millimeter.
Is this even worth repairing if no water can get it? Can vacuum wrapped boards even be repaired for damage like this? So bummed this happpend. Thanks in advance for the input…
