What's that supposed to mean?

....Classic......

Exactly the same thing, use the syringe as the valve of car distributor:

The biofoam boards ride just like any other PU blank.  I tend to glass my boards heavy so they are very durable.  The only difference is that the foam is a bit more tan and not bright white.  At $30 per blank, I was very happy and satisfied.  I still have at least three more biofoam blanks to shape.  I even made a SUP from a 10-5 blank.  I had to glue up two 5" foam inserts to get the desired thickness.  The board is three years old and my daughter still paddles it.

Too bad Homeblown closed it's doors here.  I really like the owner Henry.  Super nice guy.

Aloha,

hey wobby here is a simple method i used to do. it is more refined now however this is a good simple building block

this is the first of 7 videos i think

personally i think that you should go with alternatives right off the bat . i have been doing polys and going back to alternatives for some very good reasons.

1 manufactures sell there materials to china and china finished boards are the same price that i can get the materials

2 these boards are stronger and lighter and cheaper to make for yourself and last a lot longer

3 the industry is down the toilet forever to the point of no return the guys that stay in it are in it in a big way or are nieche market.

ps you can use the cheapest boatbuilding epoxy on the market. cheapest insulation foam and  a skin material and get a nice board that seem to last indefinately

Got some great stuff there, thanks Paul.

I just read through Bert’s post of vacuum bagging. That was fantastic. All the details covered and more! I get the feeling he’s forgotten more about making boards than I’ll ever know.
