W.A.V.E. set fin needed

I just picked up a 1968 longboard in good condition but someone cut the fin down to about seven inches. The board is an 8’10" and the fin box is a W.A.V.E. set up. I would prefer to buy a used fin if there’s one out there, I know the new replicas are kinda pricey.

Buy the replica. The originals are even more pricy. There’s one on e-bay right now.

Hey resinhead, post the link for the one you found on ebay, I couldn’t find it. Thanks.

I must have been sniffing too much resin, the fin auction ended a few days ago. Anyhow I see them pretty often on e-bay, they usually sell for $70-$150 ouch! This bring up another point. Does anybody see a viable market for reproduction 60 fins. I got a good buddy that does injection molding. I could get a good guy deal on the tooling and mold making, but the production run still costs $$$. The plastic composites are better, clearer, stronger than ever, but is there enough of a market? With all these new retro hull being shaped would it be viable to bring back the Hansen Wonderbolt and WAVE set fins?
